What if the equivalent of Willy Wonka took over the world and it went Apocalyptic?
A janitor/ Shepard/ Lamp Lighter that is still doing her job after the world has ended. She is one of the few keeping the lights on.

The cabin of the truck they drive is filled with a floating liquid candy. It tends to pool in her hood as she gets out as if it was liquid glowing smoke.
She has a gang of "taste buds" in the back of the truck! They lick the candy power sources to keep them moist
Number 17 always needs some encouragement and is always getting hurt. A treat should keep him going.
